All this information will be compiled in a design report and presented to you at two key points. The first is in the middle of the Stage as a work in progress document and the second is at the end of the Stage. This will give us a chance to reviews ideas together and move forward to the next stage.

At this stage, your vision starts to become fully detailed and ready for implementation.

• Refine Spatial Design

• Technical Drawing Package:

  -Floor Plans

  - Ceiling plans

  -Finishes Plans (Wall & Floor)

  -Elevations and sections

• Detailed Finishes Schedule

• Detailed Furniture Schedule

• Coordination with other consultants.

• 3D rendered Visualisations

At this point I will be acting as a design guardian for the project meaning that I won’t be producing physical work but I will be overseeing the process, reviewing contractors drawings and liasing with the other consultants to ensure that the work aligns with the design intent and your vision.

There will also be frequent site visits and co-ordination as the project goes on site and in the end a client handover & final walkthrough: reviewing completed work and final details.

A detailed Furniture Specification Package is also offered as a stand alone package or an add on within your project. Here we provide a full furniture specification service: furniture selection together with finishes to complement your project.

Styling and Art Direction is also offered as a stand alone package or an add on within your project. Here we provide styling for interior spaces, which includes a concept report and specific object selection to complement your space.
